Read this before you bleach your skin

Most bleaching creams contain the compound sodium hypochlorite that can lead to a chemical reaction on your skin. The bleaching creams also contain other harsh chemicals like calcium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, sodium percarbonate and dithionite, which if regularly applied, can make your skin susceptible to pigmentation. According to well-known dermatologist Dr Jaishree Sharad, you should bleach your skin once in six months. Avoid bleaching, if you have pigmentation, sensitive or dry and flaky skin. You may even contract dermatitis if you have sensitive skin or are allergic to bleach.
Tips Don’t expose your back to the sun right after bleaching, as it can cause pigmentation and irritation. You must also be careful about the products you are using post bleaching as they can also cause reactions.
